Special Birthdays

I have had a few special birthday cards to make recently. I cannot help using my favourite Faux Patina Background. It looks so elegant and has that special "Wow" factor.

Close up of some of the details. I love using the little sizzlit Floral Fusion. And the Established Elegance Stamp Set. The crown is from Artistic Etchings and the "Queen for a Day" from a favourite Retiring Word Set - You're a Gem.

This card is for another special friend. I used my Labels Collection Framelits to cut the hole in the centre and then punched the Retiring Lace Ribbon Border Punch in Wisteria Wonder and pasted it across the opening.

It gives a lattice effect to the front of the card.

Only two weeks left of the retiring products.  My favourite Triple Treat Flower Stamp is going and the lovely Lace Ribbon Border Punch. Here I have teamed whisper white cardstock with the retiring Pear Pizzazz to make a wedding card.
