Step card

Greetings Happy Stampers!
Mothers Day is just around the corner and I thought this week I would show you some Mother's Day cards we have been making in class.

The Paper Players Challenge this week is "Mothers Day Theme" so I think this will fit in well with that too.

This lovely card is a Step Card. Here is another one I did at Christmas.
I really enjoy making these style of cards.
Come and have a closer look at this one.
I have used the Labels Collection die to create a window effect on the card with the Lattice Bigz die and some designer paper behind.
Lots of lovely flowers using some fabric trim flowers coloured with Primrose pink and the Boho Blossoms Punch and Itty bitty punch.
Leaves are from the new Secret Garden framelits set (mini catalogue) and butterfly is the Bitty Butterfly Punch (mini catalogue).
This is the other side of the step card.
Cardstock used: Certain Celery, Very Vanilla, Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink, Primrose Pink.
Ink: Primrose Pink.
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Sentiments, Petite Pairs, Papillion Potpourri, Field Flowers.
Designer Paper: retired.
Punches: Boho Blossoms, Large Wide Oval, Itty Bitty Punches, Bitty Butterfly, Elegant Butterfly, Word Window, Small oval, 1 1/4 inch scallop circle(carryover item p.34 of mini catalogue)
Emboss Folders: Vintage Wallpaper, Perfect Polka Dots.

I think this turned out rather well don't you? Be sure to pop back next time as I have another version of a step card to show you. This time in blue! (but still with lots of lovely butterflies! hehe.) Vx
