Playing in the Flower Patch.
Have you tried our new Photopolymer Stamps yet????
I hadn't until I purchased the Flower Patch Stamp Set and matching Flower Fair Framelits.
p.156.
I was impressed with the way you could layer this stamp set. There are lots of options for flowers and leaves and the greetings were ones I thought I would use a lot.
Check out the double page spread on pages154-155 to see some great ideas too.
I decided to start with a Birthday Card for a friend.
I stamped a large bloom in Blushing Bride ink. A medium flower in Strawberry Slush and leaves in two layers Pear Pizzazz and Mossy Meadow. Then I cut them out with the Flower Fair Framelits.
I punched a Petite Petal in Blushing Bride and a yellow 1/4inch circle to go in the centre.
I added lots of lovely Dazzling Diamonds to the flower petal layers.
I used the Tag Talk Set p.66 and matching Label Bracket Punch for my "For You" (mainly because I had it already sitting on my desk! How handy!)
I love using the All Abloom Paper Stack at the moment and it was no different for this card where I chose two different paper designs to sit on top of my Strawberry Slush and Mossy Meadow Cardstock.
The Strawberry Slush pattern was cut into a banner shape with the Banner Framelits.
I finished off the card with some pretty little layered butterflies in Strawberry Slush and Blushing Bride using the Butterfly Punch and Beautiful Wings Embosslits.
And here is the finished card....
Pink and pretty!
I am going to have another play with this set so come back again for "Honey with a Dash of Orange".
And finally before I go... a quick pic of Rosie "hiding" in the ornamental grass. Ssshh - she thinks we can't see her. hehehe.

Vicki, I apologise for not visiting your Blog in an age! I had seen your creations on Facebook but hadn't realised you were posting here again. So glad you are. This card is so detailed, pretty and light. I love your puppy dog too. They make life so much more fun!
