Oh Hello Again
I couldn't resist using the Oh Hello stamp set with the Feeling Sentimental Saleabration Stamp Set. The telephone box and the word "Hello" work really well together don't you think.
Can you see the lovely bit of Naturals Trim Ribbon I used in the corner with a bit of the satin ribbon from the Saleabration pack? Just pull a few threads from the cut edge of the Natural Ribbon and give it a lovely fringe.
This next card I have used the Hello word from the Oh Hello stamp set and stamped it in white stazon repeatedly down one side of the black cardstock.
I have used Stamps from Clockworks and Established Elegance. The designer paper is from Newsprint.
I have added a gorgeous cream flower from the flower trim and an artichoke seam binding bow in the corner.
These words have been stamped on vellum with staz on. They are from the Pursuit of Happiness Stamp Set which has some lovely sayings. A row of pearls at the bottom of the words helps to draw your eye.
I am not entirely sure about this card. I like the vintage look but I feel it may have too much going on so to speak. Maybe I should have left the edges clean and not inked them?
Please leave me a comment and let me know what you think. Vx

I like both cards, but if I had to pick a favourite I'd say the top one. Like that colour combo.
ReplyDeleteVicki, I love both of your cards, but I too like the first one better as it is more like my style.
ReplyDeleteHow spooky is this? You're Down Under, and I'm sat here in the UK watching the Australian Grand Prix ( I'm a Speed Freak!!). Good job the rain stopped!
Hope Charlotte the spider and Gonzo the Ghecko are ok?!
