HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS!!!

I felt like trying a modern colour theme today.

I used Ink Refils and watercolour water painter brush in Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay and Highland Heather. (highly recommend watercolour paper for this though it is possible to use whisper white it is a lot easier with the watercolour paper)

When dry the paper can be a bit buckled...run it through an embossing folder (I used Tasteful Textile) to help flatten and give a nice texture background. 

Then just cut out some of these cute skinny Christmas Trees from the Christmas Tree die; p.25 Holiday Catalogue, in various colours to match.

There are little stars in the Christmas tree dies. You can cut them in silver foil or just add diamantes for some bling.

I also added some beautiful sparkly White glittered organdy ribbon to the bottom.

Card Base: Bermuda Bay, Highland Heather

place re inker onto acrylic block or your silicone mat for easy clean up after.

Lots of young kookaburras in the trees at the moment.
