HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS
I just love this Double Pocket Card. The Hand-Penned designer paper does a brilliant job at making this Special Fold card look sooooo pretty!!
I made two!
Start with a 21cm x 30cm piece of dsp.
I have included very rough directions at bottom.
Important to note that once you have done all your folding and the double pocket card has been created, open it back up and then attach your adhesive where shown.
These are the tags I made to go in the pockets. But you could use a gift card or tea bag or anything fairly flat as a sweet little surprise.
Here is the other one I made. Note I used exactly the same colours and design for both.
Here are my 'very rough' lol. instructions.
Fold in quarters.
Cut along to middle on left side.
Fold top piece over
Fold bottom piece up.
Bottom left piece wraps to the back and is the back of the card.
Now fold front on diagonal to create a pretty contrast. You can glue the flap down if you like.
Next piece fold on a diagonal in opposite direction this time and leaving about 1cm between their edges.
Now you have two pockets.
It is time to glue it all down. Open back up.
Place glue on left hand edge as shown A.
Fold over to right hand side to attach.
Place glue on middle lower section and right edge as shown B
and bring up to attach. Remembering the left hand bottom piece will become the back of your card so fold it to the back when you bring B up.
Phew!👷that was hard work. I hoped I explained it well enough. Otherwise just search double pocket card instructions.
