True Blue Birthday

Hello everyone, did you have a good weekend?

I have a friend who's birthday is today, and she is a true blue fan of the colour blue.
So what else would I use in a birthday card for her?

Yep. Lots of lovely blue in this card.
Featuring Pacific Point (the "blue" colour of the moment), Soft Sky and Tempting Turquoise.

I stamped the lovely Hardwood stamp in Pacific Point onto Soft Sky and stuck a paper doily on top.
Then I cut out the middle with a circle framelit creating a little window in the middle of the card.

I trimmed down a Pacific Point Lattice die cut (from the Lattice Bigz die) and placed it on top of the cut out circle window.

Then I decorated with lots of lovely Petite Petals flowers, stamped in Pacific Point Ink on Whisper White, Soft Sky and Tempting Turquoise.
Added a butterfly from  Papillion Potpourri in Pacific Point and punched with the matching butterfly punch.

The greeting is from Apothecary Art Stamp Set. It is anchored on each side with a Turquoise Glimmer Brad.

I hope she likes it. I certainly had fun making it!
Come back again soon. I have another birthday card to show. Vx
