Wedding Card

I am a bit early for this post but I wanted to join in the Paper Players Challenge for this week, and it closes  tomorrow. So better hurry!

The challenge was to make a card using Black, Basic Grey and Baja Breeze. As I had to make a card for an upcoming Wedding as well, I thought it might be a good idea to combine the two and make a Wedding Card with these colours.
This is what I came up with. Sorry the photo looks a bit dark.

I used two pretty embossing folders on the shimmer white card Fancy Fan Folder and Delicate Designs Folder. The Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch at the top and bottom of the card is decorated with pearls.
Baja Breeze, Basic Black and Shimmer White Cardstock. Baja Breeze Seam Binding Ribbon hides the join between the two embossing folders.
I used the Everything Eleanor Stamp Set that is in the Main Catalogue and the Loving Thoughts Stamp Set for the words. Baja Breeze, Black and Basic Grey Inkpads.
The bride's favourite colour is blue so I think she will like this card

  2. Gorgeous embossing! Love it! Thanks so much for sharing your creation with us at the Paper Players! BTW, if you could turn off your word verification (email me if you need help doing it), it makes commenting go quicker for us, and we want you to get all the comments you deserve!

  3. Wow love all the texture you've included in your card - with the soft flowers and pearls it makes a perfect wedding card. Thanks for playing along with the Paper Players this week!
