Artist Easel Card

Featuring: Artist Easel Card, Fun Watercolour, Oceanfront Stamp Set, Sentimental Park Stamp set, Stampin' UP!

HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS!!!

Here is an interesting idea for you today.
An Artist Easel Card.
Don't be confused with an Easel Card (though you could easily make this one of those as well).
This card is just about building a cardstock easel to display your watercolour "painting" on.

Super Simple but a lot of fun. Once you start looking at your stamps you will find so many stamp options to try.

I used the Oceanfront Stamp set on water colour paper.

Use a water brush to add extra water and move the ink around if needed.

To build your Artist Easel.
I used 1 cm strips of cardstock.

For this particular card I have used
Orchid Oasis base
Tahitian Tide and white mat
Crumbcake for the Easel
Water colour paper for the "painting"
Ink colours : Tahitian Tide, Starry Sky, Shaded Spruce, Crushed Curry

I added a for flowers stamped from Sentimental Park on the right and on the left I have cut out two tiny pieces of the top of the watercolour pad and joined together. So it looks like pages torn from an artists note  book. (well that was the idea anyway. haha.)

Add an extra strip along the middle section for the "painting" to sit on.

Here is another one I made in a bigger version Slimline Card.
I have painted the picture myself with inks (no stamps just my water brush).
The paint brushes are from a retired set but we have a current set Crafting with You that has paint brushes and an Easel in it if you wanted them.

Have a great week. Vx
