HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS!!!
Well here is a quick idea for you if you aren't into colouring intricate pictures.
Base Card Tahitian Tide, Black mat.
Stamp your flowers onto Whisper White cardstock, with black ink. Mine is 13.5cm x 9.5cm.
Then mask off a middle portion. I drew pencil lines and used the grid on my craft mat to help me stay straight, with the placement of my post it notes.
Then use blending brushes starting with your lightest colour and working down to your darkest colour.
Peel off the post it notes.
I used Fresh Freesia, Tahitian Tide and Starry Sky ink pads.
I added a vellum circle cut with a circle die and glued in place in the centre. then placed my stamped butterfly on top with dimensionals and added some clear glitter as I didn't want anymore colour on my card.
Do you like the vellum? It makes a nice little extra to draw your eye without hiding the lovely design under it. Hope this has given you a few ideas.
Have a great day. Vx
