Christmas Quilt Card

Featuring: Penguin Playmates designer paper Saleabration 2021, Perfectly Plaid Stamp set and Pine Tree Punch, Quilting design card, Stampin UP

HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS!!!

Well who doesn't like a challenge every now and then?

My friend posted this Quilt design for a Christmas Card and I just had to make one.

I knew instantly that I wanted to use the Penguin Playmates designer paper from Saleabration 2021 (retired).

And didn't it turn out brilliantly! 

I am so pleased with the result.

Base Card: Misty Moonlight 14cm x 14cm

Mat - Fresh Freesia 13cm x 13cm

Designer paper is cut in 3cm squares. (some squares have been cut on the diagonal)

The squares are glued to a 12cm x 12cm piece of whisper white cardstock. Sponge around the edges with Misty Moonlight ink.

This card is all about the quilt pattern so I tried to keep the embellishments to a minimum. The Highland Heather stamped tree is from Perfectly Plaid stamp set and the Pine Tree Punch.

The Penguin is cut from the designer paper.

A snowflake and a little greeting is all it needed.
