Forever Greenery Acetate Window card

HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS!!!
Yes ... I have gone green... lol.
Thought it was time the blog had a makeover and when I came across this Just Jade colour on the templates that matches our new Just Jade In Colour...well I just had to have it.

And what better way to launch my new blog look with a 'Green' theme...using the Forever Greenery designer paper.

A cute card with Old Olive base card.(even though Old Olive isn't one of the colours in the designer paper it seems to work)
I wanted to showcase this gorgeous designer paper as much as possible so created an Acetate Window card so you can see the designer paper inside the card as well as outside.

I have only stamped the greeting and the little squirrel from Special Someone stamp set.

 All the leaves are cut from the designer paper...
The Forever Flourishing dies set have dies that match some of the designer paper images.
So instead of stamping with the Forever Fern Stamp set I just used the designer paper.

I added some gold leaves from the Gold Laser Cut Specialty paper...
You get three sheets of each and they are just fabulous to add to your projects.

And here are some 'green photos' A day trip a week ago to Lake Moogerah Dam. 

This is a creek that runs down from the dam.

The weir was so pretty. Flat calm water on one side and then tumbling over the weir and bubbling away down the stream.
