Poppy Moments

HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS

Today a quick card for you using Poppy Moments dies.
Have you seen these yet?(p.27 Occasions catalogue)
To be honest...I just couldn't decide what to buy with all the lovely Poppy choices in the Occasions Catalogue but I was very impressed with these dies as they didn't require a stamp to go with them.
They stand alone to make lots of lovely flowers (not necessarily poppies either), depending on the colours and paper you use.

For this card I just went with colours already highlighted in the Peaceful Poppies Suit Bundle. (page 25)
My base card is Pool Party and layer is Blackberry Bliss.
The flowers are in Poppy Parade and Calypso Coral and Leaves in Mossy Meadow and Old Olive.

I have added some designer paper in blocks on top and bottom corners for interest.
They were cut out with The Rectangle Stitched dies.

Inside I have used stamps from the Dressed to Impress stamp set.

I love this colour combo but would never have been able to come up with myself. So glad Stampin UP! are now doing the colours that match bundles. Makes colour choices so easy.
