Magnolia diamond easel card

I showed this card a while ago on my Facebook Page and just realised I hadn't posted it here yet.

This card was inspired by one I saw by Susan Levasseur who shared that the original idea for the Diamond Easel Fold card came from Mixed Up Crafts.

Now I just love Easel Fold cards and when I saw this one I knew it would do a beautiful job showing off the lovely Magnolia Lane DSP. Seriously gorgeous designer paper!! Just sayin'  lol.

See the flowers cut out? They are cut directly from the designer paper using the Magnolia Memory dies. (no stamping or colouring required!).

I added a leaf and another die from the set cut out in some holographic foil card. 

(the foil card looks a lot like our copper foil and I keep getting it mixed up haha. Then it catches the light and changes colours and I realise I have used the wrong one! Ahh.well. ....still looks pretty! hehe.

Opened up. I have used the Magnolia dies to create a flower on the inside. (no it doesn't have a purple centre...that is just the holographic cardstock playing tricks with the light. lol.)
