Happy Wednesday Wonders

Mother's Day is this week (In Australia) and I always like to make a special card for the occasion.
It is easy to change the greeting to "best wishes" and the inside of the card to a birthday greeting. The Pretty Kitty birthday greeting is purrfect if you have that stamp set.

This is a Tri Shutter card.
Lots of opportunity to use up some of our beloved designer paper.
I couldn't resist the All My Love designer paper for this.
Flirty Flamingo and Soft Seafoam look so pretty together.

I was going to watercolour the Teapot and Tea cup in Soft Seafoam but lucky me!.. I discovered some Soft Seafoam designer paper in the Tranquil Textures Designer Series Paper. This meant I could just stamp directly onto the dsp and cut it out with my framelits.
Such a time saver! Don't you love it when that happens.

And look who is peeking out of the teacup inside. hehe.
Pretty Kitty from the Pretty Kitty stamp set that is retiring at the end of the month! Eek

 Greeting on  one side and a plain piece for writing on the other.
The little leaves across the bottom are from Botanical Bliss stamp set. For some added interest I drew little Flirty Flamingo dots (in groups of three)
