Bloom by Bloom simple stamping

Featuring: (Bloom by Bloom Stamp Set, Gingham Gala dsp, Spotlight Technique, Stampin Up)

Hello and Happy Wednesday Wonder,

Recently I was asked about stamping directly onto designer paper and I thought the Gingham Gala dsp would be perfect to highlight this technique.

Here is a little notecard I made.
I loved how it turned out so much I ended up making it in several of the gingham gala colours. But the yellow was my favourite.

Using Blueberry Bushel and Call Me Clover ink and the Bloom by Bloom stamp set.
Multiple stamping and stamping off to get lighter images in the same colour.

Then I took the idea a step further and made a simple Spotlight Card.
Here I stamped the flower directly onto the Gingham Gala and then using one of the new Rectangle Framelits I cut out part of the image.
I then layered it back onto the card but with a matt 0.3cm larger than the cut out piece.
This gives a nice little frame and "spotlights" the image.

I also used some of the new Gingham Gala adhesive backed sequins (love them!)
and some pretty polka dot tulle ribbon.

Couldn't resist stamping on the inside with these pretty flowers. In Balmy Blue and Blueberry Bushel.

Have a great week. Thanks for stopping by. See you next Wednesday!
