Lots of Joyful Poinsettias

The lovely Joyful Christmas Stamp Set on page 27 of the Holiday Mini is such a great set to own.
You can make really quick and easy cards with it stamping just a one layer poinsettia flower onto cardstock like these.

These two cards were inspired by Leena Girsa and Andrea Shields.
Here is a picture of the inside of the last one I showed you.

Of course this flower just calls out for it to be cut and layered into a 3D poinsettia like the one I showed in a previous post. Here

This is another one for you to see.

I have embossed the poinsettia in silver and cut out. The Pretty Print Emboss Folder I used behind the flower is sponged with the silver ink pad and embossed in silver too.

And finally a vellum flower layered up.  This flower was stamped in versamark and heat embossed with gold embossing powder. Then coloured from behind in Pool Party with a stampin marker.

I have used the Stylish Stripes Emboss Folder for the background. The Ovals framelits to create a window and a champagne glimmer card frame around it.
The stamp in the centre is a retired SU set.
Greeting stamped in Brown Sugar is from the Warmth and Wonder Hostess Set in the Holiday Mini.

I hope you enjoyed seeing different ways to use this Christmas Stamp Set. If you would like to purchase one of your own you can click on the Shop Now Button on My Stampin Up Website.

Have a good weekend and I will see you again next week. We have our son's 21st this Saturday so there might just be a photo or two of that as well.
Until then. Happy Stamping.

  1. Much better view here! I can really see the gold embossing. It's gorgeous. Makes me want to go home NOW and try this..... usually too 'tired' by the time I get home, after dinner. As mentioned Leena is one of my sideline (I guess that's the right term??) - we are under the same upline. I have a team of 1 (LOL me + 1 recruit) but Leena has a much larger team.
