Magnolia Lane and Poppies

HAPPY WEDNESDAY WONDERS

I just received the Poppy Moments Dies from the new 2020 Occasions mini catalogue and couldn't wait to try them out!

I actually started this card by designing the middle section and then it kind of grew from there into a Double Gatefold Card. lol. Held together with a Belly Band.
Base card is Soft Seafoam
Belly Band is Mossy Meadow.
Flowers: White, Vellum and So Saffron
Leaves: Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz

 Measurements for base card.
29cm x 15cm
Score at 4.5cm, 9.5cm 19.5cm, 24.5cm.

This will give you a centre section 10cm wide, two side sections 5cm wide and the two outside flaps 4.5cm wide.

The Belly Band is 5cm x 26cm.

 There wasn't a lot of stamping on this card just the greetings on the Belly Band and inside.
The words are from Varied Vases.

I used Vellum for the Flower base, to give a softer look.

 
You can't see very well but I used the Tin Tile Emboss Folder on the Soft Seafoam piece of the Belly Band.

Colour your flowers with a Stampin Blend if needed.

A lot of green today with touches of yellow and white. Not my usual choices but I have a friend who adores the colour green and her birthday is coming up. This may just be the perfect card for her.

Mr and Mrs Fairy Wren were visiting. Managed to grab a photo as they flitted around the garden.
