Diagonal Fold Pop of Petals

Hello fellow crafters,

How has your week been going?

 I don't know about you but I am constantly inspired by my fellow demonstrators and stamping friends and love trying out new ideas and putting my own 'spin' on them.
Jan Brown shared a Diagonal Fold card on her blog and I loved the idea so much I just thought I would try it myself using the Pop of Petals stamp set and matching punch.

The inspiration for the colours and using the stamps to create my own background came from Ruth Trice.

and here is how the card opens.

 The beauty of this fold is that you use a piece of A4 cardstock.
Score in the middle both ways.
Then cut diagonally.
Now you have not one but two cards to create with.  Pretty cool hey?!
